Working within our HR Team you will be an integral part of our internal structure and provide support across the business to multiple divisions. You will be supported by a team of HR Professionals working collectively to improve, streamline and synchronise our processes.

Main Responsibilities:

You will deliver a comprehensive and professional generalist HR service, providing support and advice on HR Practices alongside;

  • Provide expert guidance across multiple business disciplines in the case of grievance, performance management, sickness and disciplinary procedures

  • Managing complex TUPE transfer agreements of varying sizes as the Group’s business portfolio develops

  • Identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements, developing solutions and ideas to the business

  • Promoting Group wider HR strategy, ensuring that HR enables the business to deliver its commercial and customer objectives

Our Successful Candidate:

We are looking for you to bring a combination of passion, knowledge and experience to the, demonstrated by;

  • Significant experience in an HR generalist role, ideally within a multi-disciplined organisation

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification, and working towards (or the desire to work towards) Level 7

  • Confident engaging with senior managers within the business, with the ability to build strong relationships including to negotiate and influence with a range of stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise written documents and reports

  • Ability to overcome objections and problems with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions and actioning outcomes

This position may require you to attend meetings at one of our various UK locations, so a full UK driving licence in required for this position.
