We understand that for our business to grow, our people must 're currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our in-house Talent & Development team on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the Talent & Development Lead, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to onboarding, across a wide range of roles, including Operational, Specialist, and as part of the Talent & Development team, the Recruitment Partner will partner key stakeholders within specific business units to champion a ‘best practice’ recruitment process whilst maintaining a focus on direct sourcing through a variety of ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience (either in-house or agency), with the ability to work on a number of campaigns at any one time.

In addition, you’ll also have proven direct sourcing experience with the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Responsibilities:Work closely with key HR stakeholders and Hiring Managers to deliver an ‘end to end’ recruitment service from inception through to on boarding in line with key recruitment SLAs;Utilise direct sourcing methods using CV databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to drive direct sourcing;Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation;Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilise the Talent Bank to build pipelines of potential candidates for upcoming and existing vacancies;Provide recruitment market analysis in support of the recruitment process;Provide guidance on the selection process to ensure candidate best fit;Assist with ad hoc project :Previous experience within a recruitment role; either within an agency or in-house;Experience of directly sourcing candidates via a variety of channels with proven experience of sourcing both niche and volume roles;Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with the Hiring community and senior leaders;Strong assessment and selection background to ensure that hiring managers have a high quality shortlist;Experience of working with an ATS or CRM. We offer a range of company benefits, including 25 days holiday which can be flexed up/down, pension, life assurance, critical illness cover, health cash plan, private medical insurance, regular team/individual incentives, travel season ticket loans, Ride to Work scheme, free gym access and local bar/restaurant development opportunities are excellent and where appropriate we offer sponsorship of relevant note that all successful applicants will be subject to a Criminal Records Bureau check, a credit check and a Fraud Prevention database check.
