Registered Nurse RMN OR RNLD – £###### – UPTON, Huntingdon PE28 DAYS and NIGHTS MIXED 36hrs Working in an absolutely stunning new build home, applicants must have an active NMC Pin and previous experience working with residents with challenging behaviour.

This role involves working in a LD home with complex, high needs and challenging behaviour.
36 hours per week, 12 hour shift on days pattern is 0800-2000 and 2000-0800hrs Inc.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS · RMN OR RNLD
- Registered Nurse with Learning Disabilities Nurse · Active NMC Pin Number · £###### · Ability to communicate effectively at all levels · Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group · Satisfactory DBS Check MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensure that Clients’ Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Care Centre has an individualised Care Plan.
· Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.
