Billings Assistant - £23,000 to £26,000 per annum Permanent - Medway
A global market leading organisation in their field is seeking an experienced candidate with a background in Data entry/ Administration / Billing /Financial Administration to join their highly dynamic finance team as a Billing Assistant. The right candidate will be responsible for the billing and invoicing process for their global client base.
Data entry using Excel spreadsheet, portals and accounting software
Dealing with any problems or queries that may arise in the billing/invoicing process
Raising billings / invoices in multiple currencies including sterling, Dollars and Euros
Liaising directly with customers to ensure a smooth and orderly process
Be able to analyse and create reports for our customers to breakdown the invoices where necessary.
Maintaining a workload of approximately 200+ invoices per month
The right candidate will be competent in Microsoft office and Microsoft teams, as well as the ability to use portal systems and accounting software.
3+ years' experience in a Data Entry/Billing/Order Processing/Finance Administration role
Have an analytical mind and able to work well under pressure
Good eye for detail and highly accurate
Good problem solving skills in the face of adversity
Good customer service skills and willingness to learn
