Our client is looking for an organised individual with a background in customer service to be the main point of contact for their customers. The Sales and Hire Controller position is a permanent full time position Monday - Friday 8am-5pm based in Normanton with a salary of £23k plus up to £ bonus!
Our client is a leading provider of specialist equipment within the UK. The Sales and Hire Controller will be working in the Welfare Hire side of the business where the company offers 24 hour service and outstanding customer service feedback.
The main duties within your role will include answering customer calls, ensuring that customers feel valued and carry out timely and accurate administration of contracts and orders.
You will receive training to gain product knowledge and to ensure you have an understanding of the equipment for hire/sale in order to provide the best possible service.
- Previous customer service experience
- Self-motivated and organised with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work towards deadlines and meet targets
- IT literate
