Our client is looking for a Programme Manager to join their busy as ever and vibrant company on an initial 15 month contract to be part of a Office Relocation Programme.

The successful Programme Manager will be supporting the HR and IT Transformation Programme in the design, planning and delivery of an Office Relocation as part of an effort to scale down their office space as a result of working from home during the pandemic.

This is a contract which will be Outside of IR35.

Key Responsibilities as a Programme Manager :
* Managing all workstreams which includes finding alternate premises, finding alternative facilities for their vehicle checking as well as the IT workstream which includes decommissioning On Prem and moving it to the cloud.
* You will also manage a HR workstream which includes union issues, easing the transition, communication strategy's and will also be managing engagement with senior stakeholders as well as Human Resources.

Skills and Experience needed in order to be a successful Programme Manager :
* Programme management experience
* Relocation management experience
* Worked on property projects and have knowledge of real estate generally, with demonstrable experience of moves involving designing and embedding hybrid working practices essential.
* Requirements capture for both employer organisational requirements and operational requirements.
* Multi-disciplinary working with various senior stakeholders and operations to understand their current and future requirements to create an inclusive workplace that promotes teamwork, partnership, and collaboration.
