Red Dot Recruitment are currently working on behalf of one of the fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokers, and we are looking for X5 great Lead Generators to join the team ASAP. The Lead Generator role:

You’ll be responsible for contacting business owners using our client’s 3-stage lead generation process in order to introduce our products and service offerings (full-training is provided).

You will fully be qualifying each business opportunity in a professional and compliant manner by asking a relevant set of questions and understanding the customers’ business insurance requirements.

You will be working towards targets and supporting the sales function in their ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting time to join this growing business!

Progression opportunities of the Lead Generator role:

Our client has a defined program in place to encourage every member of their team to increase their basic salary. The employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salary will be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.

For every 5 months out of 6 that you are on target you will receive an additional 2% increase on your basic salary.

Experience Required

  • You’ll have previous experience working in a target driven sales environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, resilience and a confident and persuasive communication style.
  • You’ll be a great team player with a focused approach, passionate about managing your own performance and exceeding targets.
