Grundfos Pumps are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Back Office?Specialist to join its Services & Solutions team. ?The Senior Sales Back Office Specialist will be responsible for supporting, promoting and growing the service offering portfolio. This role will collaborate with Sales leaders, Service leaders, and Customer Success Managers. ?Location for this role is flexible and can be based from a home anywhere in the UK or from one of our sales offices.

?What is the job about??

?•? ??Collaboration with key stakeholders to support, drive and grow a world class service and solution portfolio ?
•?? ?Partner with service sales team to approach and inform customers on key service and solution capabilities ? ?
•?? ?Supporting the service sales team in promoting the service portfolio (service offerings, digital offerings, parts) ?
•?? ?Assist in analyzing and defining customer specifications and preparing winning proposals ?
•?? ?Identifying key differentiators in our offerings and demonstrating a strong value proposition?
•?? ?Managing and tracking proposals for advanced services and aligning with service sales team for critical feedback
•?? ?Continually striving to optimize and streamline BO processes, key metrics and regional requirements

What do you need to apply??

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in product management, sales development/support or market development?

•?? ?Very strong communication skills - written and verbal. ?Fluent in English (verbal and written);
•? ??Experience in supporting and developing an aftermarket, parts and service business in the pump industry, Industrial manufacturer or with Business-to-Business service knowledge.
•?? ?You have technical insight, thorough financial understanding and relevant commercial experience from a service/parts business.
•?? ?You present excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and have a healthy appetite being a part of a global organization with peers across borders, cultures and markets.
•?? ?You have strong and disciplined IT skills (MS Office, CRM, SAP and Business Warehouse)
•?? ?As a person, you are persuasive and an excellent communicator. Being a great networker and influencer, you maneuver well in a large global matrix organization and can drive progress ? ? ? ?
