UK Firm Immigration Team**6m FTC AssociateCompliance is at the core of what we do, one aspect of this is immigration. Immigration remains high on the political agenda following Brexit, and the UK has recently seen significant changes to the immigration rules, making UK Immigration a fast paced, ever changing environment, with laws becoming increasingly restrictive. The firm’s UK Immigration Team plays a pivotal role across the firm, ensuring the firm’s obligations with respect to UK immigration laws are met whilst supporting the firm’s strategic mobility and resourcing objectives.Responsibilities**

  • Provision of regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure the firm meets its reporting duties and responsibilities as a sponsor Licence holder reporting requisite data to the Home Office

  • Ensure employees personal records are accurately recorded and maintained

  • Close liaison with members of the experienced recruitment and global mobility teams to maintain the integrity of recruitment and joiner processes

  • Supporting the national recruitment process, from receipt of a candidate’s application to their joining

  • Help to identify and develop initiatives to enhance the candidate experience

  • Providing timely management information to the wider team

  • Liaise with third parties as appropriate providing them any necessary data to support the recruitment & onboarding process

  • Ensuring compliance with PwC's Immigration and recruitment processes

  • Taking ownership of processes to ensure smooth end to end communications and compliance with PwC and Home Office policy

  • Adhere to Immigration processes and controls, spotting opportunities for efficiencies and simplification

  • Work with various teams including the firms legal immigration team to ensure processes and procedures support recruitment and compliance process

  • Managing team e-mail inboxes

  • Co-ordination of the visa application process managing the Home Office requirements and obligations for sponsored employees
