The part you'll play in achieving our transformation will be to help set up and support the governance, controls, reporting, and support processes required to ensure the successful delivery of the Transformation Programme. You will be part of a small but highly skilled Transformation office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and advise on the best use of project & programme management disciplines and approaches within a busy and fast paced environmentAct as a reference and support point for Project & Programme Management queriesMaintain processes to ensure project & programme documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and completeProvide administration support for project & programme governance meetingsTrack, monitor and communicate project status and performance against agreed timescales and metricsCollate status reports across multiple programmes and business functionsSupport the maintenance and development of the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support the PMODevelop positive relationships with internal and external managers and teams to share best practice to support the successful delivery of projectsAssist in setting up and managing enterprise level resource management processes including demand, supply, allocation and costingSupport and improve the demand management processes for assessing and prioritising new change activityQuality assure project deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed project processes and standardsUphold an environment that puts people's health, wellbeing and safety and engagement at the corporate social responsibility (CSR) into yours and your teams' ways of working

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Demonstrable experience of working in a Programme or Portfolio Management Office and of implementing and managing professional project, programme and portfolio governance processesProject, Programme, or Portfolio Management qualifications & experience (. PRINCE, APM, P30, etcStrong written and oral communication skillsDiligent with keen attention to detailAbility to present complex data in a user-friendly languageProactive, highly self-motivated and directedExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
