Customer Service Representative

Location: Pride Park Derby
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 8am - 6pm

40 hours/week

Job Type: Permanent/Full time only

Training: 2- 5 weeks paid training

What will you be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be speaking to customers who have got questions about their account, a query about their billing or might be having a slight technical issue. Being the first point of contact with customers, you will be required to listen and identify the needs of customers, delivering excellent customer service in the process. They might also ask you about general billing, other service requests, or you may need to handle and resolve a complaint for them.

  • Motivated to work towards targets- we work to conversion rates based on the number of people you speak to and the number of appointments you book in
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively handle complaints
