WAREHOUSE MANAGER Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Normanton who continue to experience year on year success.

They now require an experienced Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the organisation and efficient running the of the warehouse.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership and significant experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will need to be available to start this role in early June or sooner if possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION Full management of the warehouse including Goods In, Storage, Stock Control, Picking/Packing, Processing, Despatch etc and will ensure the operation performs in line with required safety, people, cost and service KPIs.
Effective leadership and management of the Warehouse team to promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer growth Closely monitor KPI's and ensure that targets are achieved Ensure that budgets are managed correctly and SLAs achieved as per supplier agreements Oversee workflow and capacity planning for the warehouse Ensure efficiency and quality of service in relation to picking and packing Manage the stock control process and ensure that inventories are up to date and accurate at all times.
Oversee the Health and Safety of the warehouse ensuring a safe working environment at all times for everyone.
Analyse data and produce monthly reporting Determine and create actions that focus on cost and performance Liaise with suppliers, couriers and customers as required Oversee maintenance plan for machinery, vehicles, equipment as required PERSON SPECIFICATION Significant experience managing a Warehouse within a fast-paced environment Experience of working with ERP systems Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience of six sigma, continuous improvement tools and techniques would be advantageous Courage in decision making and management with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to deal with complex challenges to achieve positive results.
