Our client with offices based in Swansea is seeking 2 x Administrators to join them on a full time permanent basis working - Monday to Friday due to business growth.
As Administrator, you will support across all areas of the business in a varied and busy role, scanning, filing, uploading documents, data processing of information, answering calls and transferring to relevant person / team, dealing with queries, running errands for the office and other ad-hoc duties.
To be considered for the role of Administrator, you will have recent office based administration experience for at least 12 months as a minimum , will be proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel and will have excellent telephone communication skills.
