This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join an established business on a permanent basis. Starting salary £40K up to £75k depending on experience/qualifications

THE ROLE:

Present, promote and sell assigned products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Represent at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Support
Feed future buying trends back to employers and advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotionsKnowledge & Skills

Ability to work in Sales department in B2B environment
Good organisational skills with ability to priorities own workload
Engineering basic knowledge
Knowledge of Customer strategy
Knowledge of sales processes
