We partner with some of the world’s leading healthcare organisations that are excited by progress and desire to move their centre of gravity from the ‘expected’ to the ‘exceptional’. We’re looking for a Senior Strategist with extensive healthcare expertise to join our integrated strategy team, which sits amongst a broader strategy faculty of almost one hundred in London and Munich (performance media, social, business consulting, data futures and innovation).

How you'd spend your day

This role is crucial in the development of Iris’s Healthcare and B2B offering. It will span 2 to potentially 3 key accounts (80% healthcare / 20% technology), across the following accounts. We are expanding our remit across Roche Diagnostics (a client for over 10 years), Insulet (Omnipod Pod therapy for consumers with T1D), Alcon with DTC and surgical equipment, now being added to our existing Alcon Vision Care (Contact Lens) business and HPE (tech).

This role reports into the Group Strategy Director, based in London.

  • Ability to lead the strategic direction on a day-to-day basis, comfortably interacting with senior clients
  • Be knowledgeable on and able to implement behavioural science principles (Alcon & Insulet)
  • Take responsibility for pushing for constant improvements in both the strategic and creative output across our healthcare clients
