SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Permanent, Customer Service Administrator based in Long Eaton.
This role is perfect for candidates situated in Long Eaton, Ruddington, Beeston and surrounding areas.
The Customer Service Administrator will be joining a family run business with a friendly team of 5 other office support staff and will be responsible for providing general customer service & administrative support.
This is a very varied exciting role for the right individual.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and advising customers via telephone and email
- Managing any incoming queries, issues or complaints
- Billing customers
- Supporting projects where necessary
- Compiling reports
- General administration tasks including system updates, collating business correspondence etc.
The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience within a administration/transport administration role, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload.
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000
Working Hours: Fulltime - am - pm
