My client is a small organisation based in Livingston; they have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be Monday to Friday 35 hours per week with flexibility on working hours. There will also be flexibility around office and remote working. The candidate will also benefit from an attractive 38 days holidays per annum.

Responsibilities will include:

Deal with incoming office calls and divert as required
Manage office email inbox and prioritise tasks
Allocate and create job files
Type job notes
Update electronic and manual files with documents
Create internal reports
Arrange meetings including facilities required
Create invoices
Process expenses
Track holidays and attendance
Order office supplies
Provide administration support as requiredTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Previous administration experience, ideally working in a varied role within a small company
Experience of providing accounts/finance support ., invoicing, expenses using Sage is highly advantageous
Confidential and professional telephone manner
Good level of IT skills, this should include MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
