Leading Tech Manufacturers in South Manchester seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team. They are a proven global player with an entrepreneurial mentality. My client supports, rewards and challenges their employees equally, in a dynamic and energetic environment.

Your new Job

In your new role as HR Administrator you will be required to assist HR Managers and Business Partners with administration duties. You will work directly with line managers responding to general queries in relation to HR, prepare contractual documentation including offers, change to terms and condition letters, support to ensure new starters or leavers are processed through to completion and ensure changes to terms are notified to payroll using relevant systems. Within your role you will also support with internal recruitment for all manufacturing roles, whilst also working closely with other HR Admin, completing general HR administrative tasks.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone that is wanting to progress in a HR career. Excellent development opportunities are provided and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR manager, shadowing them to broaden their skill-set.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven HR Administration Experience for 2 years minimum
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills. Outlook, Word, Excel, (Powerpoint understanding)
  • Knowledge of Workday and/or ADP would be beneficial
  • Experience working in a fast paced, busy environment
  • To be a sociable, team player with excellent communication and people skills
