Graduate Sales Executive - this role forms part of the MCFT Graduate development scheme
Hi, we are are looking for graduates who have a passion for sales and have bundles of confidence to make outbound calls to potential customers for me and my colleagues. This role is the start of your development journey with us. In post for approximately 6/9 months then move on to another function/ department, or is selling is your passion you can move into Business Development Role. Key is, If your interested in being part of of a growing SME who has opportunities here and in the Middle East read on!
To join the team, you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to engage with potential customers to book in appointments and in return we will teach you all we know, support and develop you to grow with us. Are you a hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and a result driven individual?
This role is the ideal stepping-stone into becoming a successful sales professional as well as wider business and operations management opportunities. You will be enrolled onto internal development academy, workshops delivered by the senior team, which is ILM Assured, as well as being part of Jnr leadership group benefiting from mentoring from seniors in the business. We have a track record of taking talent and providing the challenges both here and in the Middle East.

You will need to:
- Have a post graduate degree
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written communication
- Be highly organised
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
