* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
* Contract: Permanent, Full Time
* Monday - Friday, 0830am - 5pm (with some flexibility)
Inventory Control Manager:

As Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels within our clients business. T
his will entail in-depth inventory analysis, system interrogation and maintaining an efficient stock control process to ensure optimal inventory integrity and accuracy of data. Key to the success of the role will be managing the delivery of both plant & equipment and consumable products to sites around the UK to ensure effective and efficient deployment.
As this is a new role we will be looking to implement a new IT system to ensure the successful management of the inventory, which you will be heavily involved with choosing and implementing.
You will also be responsible for producing and analysing inventory reports and from this, providing recommendations on stock movement, storage and movements, including providing finance with stock movement data to enable accurate job costings.
As Inventory Control Manager, you will also have line management responsibility of the Stores and Inventory team.
What you'll need to succeed
A proven background in Stock / Inventory Control Management
Background within the construction industry is desirable
Strong analytical skills
A good understanding of warehousing and inventory control
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and ability to use advanced formulae in order to analyse masses of data
Report writing skills
Line management / team management experience is preferred
