About the school - Maths teacher
I am working with a school who prides themselves on being a thriving community that is welcoming of students of all faiths and those of none. Staff and students value the distinctive nature of its Christian ethos to which every member of its community contributes. It celebrates the differences that define it as well as the common humanity that unites all its members. Committed to providing the best possible education and opportunities for all our students irrespective of religion, race, culture or class or sexual orientation. The value system and ethos of the school is inclusive of all. Characterised by the quality and openness of the positive relationships between students, staff, and the wider community.
These are foregrounded in their lessons but also in their extra-curricular activities, ranging from sport and debating to charity work and peer mediation. The school is a 7-minute walk from the nearest train station and has excellent transport links from the city.
