National Account Manager Foodservice

This role is for a well respected, trusted manufacturer of ambient ready meals for retail and foodservice market
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is successful in Category Management, Foodservice sector sales or in a National Account Manager role focused in the Foodservice sector who is looking for a new challenge that carries responsibility for our Foodservice ambitions.
You will be tasked with implementing retention strategies and driving existing foodservice accounts whilst actively seeking new business opportunities. Using your Foodservice market knowledge you will be challenged to create and implement a strategic commercial plan to move the foodservice side of this business forward.
You should be a graduate (or of graduate calibre) and be able to demonstrate track record of success within Foodservice Account Management or Foodservice Sales roles.
A keen and enquiring intellect should be married to an outgoing and resilient personality. You will be computer literate, and be more than comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint and Office. This is a highly commercial role therefore the ability to manage, interrogate, manipulate and present data is essential, especially as you grow and develop.
On offer is a competitive basic salary and bonus structure with OTE of £60,000 dependent upon the candidate and experience, significant company and personal bonus schemes apply to this role based upon achievement. A company car, phone, lap top etc will be provided.
Extensive travel within the UK is required however you should be based within daily commuting distance of the companys base in Ayrshire as regular attendance for meetings etc will be required. Some International travel may be required as the companies export business grows.
