Tate are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join an established and expanding organisation based in Leicester. This position will involve working on multiple projects across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Facilitating the collection and understanding of business and functional requirements from client organisations and translating these into coherent material for development and QA. Conducting business needs analysis, creating business cases and completing all relevant project documentation in line with stakeholder requirements. Working with design and test team to ensure that appropriate testing scripts documentation is created to ensure that the delivered solution is in line with design requirements. Attending project meetings as required and facilitated meetings with stakeholders, design and development teams when required. Identify opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change. Managing and producing clear and qualified requirements from undefined and unstructured information and ensuring AsIs and ToBe processes are documented. Advising on penitential project risk and informing stakeholders. Acting as an implementation subject matter expert for handling workflow, queries, data control and budgetary requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. Essential Skills: Business analysis and project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects within defined timeframes Experience managing complexity, ambiguity and change Excellent analytical and analysis skills (quantitative/statistics), coupled with an informed, evidencebased approach Must have a minimum 3 years experience as a Business analyst Problemsolving skills (breaking down complex problem in to manageable pieces, vetting assumptions, creating frameworks, testing hypotheses, etc.) Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport and establish immediate credibility at all levels Client facing experience is essential Experience of working with in agile environment Salary & Benefits: Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (depending on experience).
