Belmont Recruitment currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Administration Support Officer to join Berneslai Homes Compliance Team on a temporary basis.

This is a full time position, working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) at Gateway Plaza, S70.

Within this position, you will be assisting the Electrical Compliance Officer with their current workloads. The main tasks will include gaining access to properties throughout Barnsley , liaising with tenants to make viewing appointments, reviewing appropriate certification when required and responding to and resolving queries and enquiries from tenants, clients, customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience of working within a Housing, Property or Compliance Team.

All applicants must have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to speak to mulitple stakeholders surrounding tenancy issues, and have excellent IT skills.

Due to the nature of this position, the successful candidate will need a full UK Drivers Licence.
