Position: Technical Administrator - Food Manufacturing

Job Type Temp to Perm (3 months temp)

Hours: Days Monday to Friday (-5PM)

Location Lincolnshire

Rate of Pay: £ Per Hour + Excellent Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for Technical Administrator. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for administration support focussing on company's process procedures and food safety. Ensuring that the business continues to fall in line with food safety legalities and compliance

This great opportunity allows you to work with a Leading food manufacturing business that feeds into all the Key Supermarket Chains.

The role will give you the ability to be at the centre of its operation managing safety, compliance and process with a passion to consistently ensure it meets all standards and regulations.

Requirements of the Job

Collating and managing factory QMS/factory paperwork, internal factory specifications- QAS, Quality contracts, date code schedules etc.
Conducting assigned internal audits activities.
Providing relevant data for completion of customer and internal KPI information.
Co-ordination and completion of export documentation.
Sign off of raw material specifications and review substitution materials and customer approvals.
Support with brand artwork.
Managing customer KPI data for capturing complaints, micro and nutritional analysis. Ensuring all complaint documentation is completed and responded to within agreed internal and customer timescale.
Assist in HACCP, VACCP and TACCP documentation including minute taking and providing rolling action You

Previous experience within a similar Technical role in a food manufacturing environment is desirable.
Previous administration experience.
Working experience of HACCP, BRC & retailers code of practice
Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
L3 / Advanced HACCP
Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures.
Ability to assist in paper-trail and traceability segments of audits
Ability to manage priorities and projects across a multi-site and multi-function organisation.
High attention to detail and accuracy with ability to solve problems
Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
Strong team player with can do attitude
Ability to work independently when required
Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - outlook, excel & word
