Digital Performance Marketing Lead
Location: Warwickshire and WFH
Salary: £40-47,000 + benefits
The Marketing team at our market leading branded Client are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Digital Performance marketing lead, responsible for performance marketing in digital channels, optimising customer acquisition and conversion.
Manage the customer acquisition journey funnel from interruption online, the journey on the website including tools, through to acquisition for B2B and B2C customers
Partnering other marketing colleagues for campaign strategies and execution Business partnering for campaign strategies and execution with marketing colleagues
Partnering the internal sales team to improve conversion rates, by analysis’s of performance, producing and implementing strategies
Identify opportunities to extend the digital customer journey to drive efficiency and increase conversion. Propose solutions and work with stakeholders to finalise
Manage agency performance of PPC, SEO and re-targeting support marketing campaigns. Optimise the business presence in SERPs driving cost efficiency.
Optimise the technology and data available to nurture potential customers such as salesforce and Pardot
Report upon activity, communicate results, identify opportunities and secure stakeholder approval
Line management responsibilities for digital marketing exec.
Oversee social listening activity, timely social responses via the Customer Services team, report trends and identify opportunities
Educated to degree level in a marketing or relevant subject
Specialist digital marketing knowledge with minimum 3-5 years’ experience of; paid advertising (particularly PPC, display & retargeting), SEO, social/content optimisation
Experience of strategic campaign planning across multiple channels
Worked with autonomy in planning, decision making and budget management
Experience of running campaign activity within PPC, display and managing activity with agency partners
Planning and activation of test and learn strategies
Evaluation of campaign and agency performance
Identification of opportunities via social listening
Reporting, with the ability to draw conclusions, make astute decisions, manage stakeholders and share relevant insights
Email marketing (automation and campaign) experience
Proven project management skills and experience
Strong excel skills
Google Adwords, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimise
HTML and Photoshop beneficial but not essential
Use of the following tools beneficial– Salesforce, Pardot, Social Studio, Sitecore, Dotmailer,
