Bromford own supported housing properties and care homes across our geography. Where we are not involved in providing support or care services to our customers ourselves, we may appoint managing agents or care providers to work with us. Our agency services team manage the relationship, compliance with management agreements and monitor their performance.
We’re currently recruiting for an agency services coordinator to join our team and work with these providers across our supported housing services. It’s a diverse role that will allow you to build strong working relationships both externally and internally, always ensuring the best for our customers.
A key element of this role will include monitoring fire risk assessments, holding annual reviews or scheme audits. Moreover, you will ensure our systems are up to date, processing lettings and support any necessary repairs interventions.
You’ll be confident having honest conversations and will focus on finding solutions and answers to issues. An important part of your role is to ensure accurate information is available and that we are compliant as well as operating within our service level agreements.
We need someone who has experience of maintaining accurate records, liaising with various departments and is great at staying organised in a busy environment. More though, the right person to join us will be doing this while building relationships and going that extra mile to ensure great customer service.
This role is full time, permanent and based in Wolverhampton, WV10 6TB. It is roaming role with a mix of home, remote working and travel to and from surrounding areas will be required.
You will be someone who has:
Experience of working in an administrative role
Great attention to detail
Has a track record of being self-motivated, flexible and able to manage their workload
Be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence
Passionate about excellent customer service and naturally well organised
Good ICT skillsThe closing date is Monday 18 October with interviews taking place Wednesday 27 October 2021.
Your previous experience may be in roles such as customer services advisor, compliance administrator or housing officer amongst others.
