Tax and Trusts Solicitor/ Manager Cambridge
A modern commercial law firm with a national presence are looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their private client team to deal with a caseload of tax and trust matters.
Matters that the successful candidate may be expected to deal with will include things such as tax planning in relation to trusts, inheritance tax calculations, management and administration of trusts including accounting records and the administration of estates in accordance with tax compliance.
Experience of managing and administering trusts will be required to be considered for this role but experience in dealing with probate matters is not essential as support can be given in this area. Any experience of managing a small team would be beneficial as you may be asked to supervise more junior members of the team.

It is essential that you can therefore show experience in dealing with high value trusts matters on behalf of private clients, trustees and charities. Those with qualifications such as STEP, CIOT or AAT would be of particular interest.
