Salary £19,000 pro rata

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a key member of this wealth management team you will be working Monday Friday shifts ranging between 8.00am 6.00pm in a modern office in Edinburgh.

Duties involved as a Customer Service Representative:

Provide customers with guidance in accordance with their pensions

Establish whether customers are in an informed position to allow them to make a decision

Understand the needs and expectations of customers and manage these expectations in accordance with set SLAs

Maintaining a high level of quality customer service

Identify members who would benefit from taking financial advice and making the appropriate referrals to make this happen

Essential criteria that you must meet for this role:

You must be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check.

Youll have a passion for customer service and be confident over the phone

Knowledge of the financial services industry and be able to read and understand customer pension related illustrations

A high level of competency communicating with each customer to suit the callers requirements

Can use active listing to identify areas where information is not landing effectively and re frame explanations to address these.

Can identify and address areas where customers understanding is lacking or incomplete

Will use different communication styles to adapt to customer requirements

Can convey sometimes complex concepts and terminology in an effective way that increases understanding.


Monday Friday between, 8.00am 6.00pm (37.5 hours week)
