An account manager is required to join a multi-award winning, highly recognised business based in Bradford as they expand the team due to growth of the business. Leading the market, developing innovative software products for their clients/business. The successful account manager will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all clients' accounts after their projects have passed from the project management phase. The account manager takes full ownership of the client's account, maintaining and exceeding client expectations, with a focus on overall client satisfaction. Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level of responsibility. The successful individual may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by their line manager.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, third parties and the client to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Ensure that all client queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Providing quarterly/bi-annually or annual reporting on a client by client basis
  • Develop and maintain detailed client accounts within Jira to track progress
  • Use appropriate account management techniques to manage client expectations
  • Maintain active liaison with all clients after project delivery, to support, regularly review and advise of updates, upgrades and other products by identifying client business needs
  • Actively approach existing clients and seek engagement with potential new clients using innovative approaches, to positively represent the company and its range of evolving products
  • Working with and training clients on the range of products available
  • Report and maintain accurate client data
  • Good understanding of KPI's and SLA's
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Overall responsibility for the measurement and improvement of client support, client satisfaction and client growth


  • Proven work experience in a professional account management with a solid understanding of its techniques
  • Ability to work and manage in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment
  • Ability to communicate on a professional level with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
  • Has excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Possesses excellent people skills and has the ability to build strong relationships
  • Has strong Organisation skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
