Are you looking for an exciting and new part time Administrator role in Bristol? We are working with a wellestablished Bristol based family run company on their latest role in North West Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration and customer service. The Office itself is based in a beautiful setting, and is still part of the original familys home, so candidates must be able to work alongside the office cats.

Administrator Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Answering the telephone and taking messages over the phone
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate and up to date records of bookings and enquiries
  • Managing Social Media Accounts; from enquiries and bookings through to updating the website
  • Assisting with the distribution of flyers/other promotional material by post
  • Attending meetings, reviews and training as required

Administrator Essential Key Skills;

  • IT literate
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to provide excellent customer service skills
