Construction company is seeking a customer service representative/administrative assistant. A perfect candidate would have the following skills:
-Have excellent customer service skills both oral and written
-Have no difficulty answering the phone as well as making outgoing calls
-Proficient with email, MS Windows and scanning.
-Must work well in a fast paced environment.
-Problem solving skills in a composed, professional manner a must.
-Authorized to work in US.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Answering the phones and making outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
-Invoice scanning and processing
