  • The Role
    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Planning Solicitor for our client’s busy department in Tunbridge Wells. This position is suited to a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE gained within a reputable planning department. Handling a diverse caseload, you will advise on general planning matters including acting on a range of housing and commercial developments. You will also be comfortable handling high-value transactions, acting for City and large firms. This is a full time, permanent position.

  • The Candidate
    A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE;
    Solid experience in Planning Law within a reputable department;
    Demonstrate excellent client care skills;
    Background in Planning Act 1990 is essential;
    Handling a diverse caseload under minimum supervision;
    Willing to participate in the business development and networking of the firm;
    Communicate in a clear and concise manner.
