£45000 - £50000 per annum

They are looking for an experienced Search Manager who is wanting to take the next step in account and agency management, seeking greater responsibility and the opportunity to play a role in shaping the agencys search output.
*Ultimately responsible for overseeing all of agency search output; c.15 active client, billings c.£1m
*Reporting to Digital Director
*Liaising with client teams to grow spend & trouble shoot
*Ensuring highest quality of account management and campaign delivery across entire agency output
*You will be responsible for the development, upskilling and training of Junior Search Executives (indirect reports)
*Responsible for the development and growth of existing business be able to develop medium to long term strategic development plans
*Work with Senior management teams on new businesses pitches
*Directly responsible for the agency relationship with Google and Bing
*Manage the team delivery of weekly and monthly reports
*Candidates will be expected to be client facing; as the agency lead on Search you will be expected to attend senior planning and review meetings, being able to confidently and competently present on search and sell the agency capabilities
*Experience with a wide ranging set of digital skills
*Is expected to have excellent implementation skills in both Google and Bing
*Excellent skills in GA analysis
*A good knowledge of digital planning in general
*Experience of DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, able to read HTML, Java Script, excellent ability in Adwords Editor, excel and Search Console
*Data Studio experience would be very beneficial
As a data led organisation, candidates are expected to have very strong analytical and numeracy skills with an attention for detail.
Candidates must be enthusiastic to take a lead role, be willing take an active role in a busy team, and be confident in selling plans to clients and team members alike.
