Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a HR professional to work on behalf of Liverpool City Council. The role will be to provide a full range of employee relations services in support of an overall employment framework for carious clients in the pubic and private sector.
This role is paying £20.74 hourly and is a full time role on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend/lead to perm.
Main areas of responsibilities:
-Ensuring overall framework for various clients is applied consistently throughout all organisational areas.
-Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers on the full range of employment matter including employment law, policy implementation and disciplinary and grievance handing as well as trade union negotiations.
-Undertake a personal caseload, including the coordination of redeployment matters and manage these within prescribed timescales.
-Attend disciplinary and/or grievance hearings, appeal hearing and employment tribunals.
Candidates must have experience in:
-Undertaking the full ER support service including applying HR policies, practices and procedures.
-Extensive experience in undertaking investigatory/disciplinary processes through to appeal stage.
-Extensive practical experience of Employee relations case management.
-CIPD qualification is desirable.
