Payroll Administrator

Robert Half are working exclusively with a wellestablished organisation in central Edinburgh to recruit a brandnew Payroll Assistant into their busy team! The role is perfect for an experienced and enthusiastic individual that is looking for a fresh new challenge within an established company.

The Role

Working alongside one other Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for multiple different companies varying in size on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
  • Pension assessments
  • Dealing directly with client queries and HMRC
  • Assisting with other finance administration tasks
  • Liaise with HR on employee status updates, promotions, salary increased etc

Your Profile

  • Previous payroll experience with up to date payroll knowledge including autoenrolment
  • Good time management skills and ability to work unsupervised
  • Good attention to detail
