I am currently searching for an experienced Executive PA on behalf of a high-end bespoke furniture manufacturer that have their offices near Chelsea Harbour. Established in the 1990’s, they manufacture exclusively in the UK and they supply mainly to interior designers and HNW clients. Their business ethos is creativity, boldness, friendliness and integrity.
The EA will predominantly support the CEO with the standard EA “blueprint” tasks such as travel management, expenses, diary management, correspondence & inbox management, admin & document production, etc. They would also like this person to take on some of the operations duties, and assist the CEO with commercial and further business critical tasks as time goes on.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be on the ball, super organised, collaborative and personable, with solid experience of supporting at C-Suite. A can-do attitude, great work ethic and sense of humour are also essentials. An interest in design and interiors would also be advantageous.
Standard working hours are 9am to 5:15pm (there may be some requirement to work outside of standard hours, as is common with most executive PA roles) and the salary on offer is £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.
