Entia is revolutionising healthcare with simple-to-use blood tests designed for the home and community.

Entia is seeking a Product Manager with a passion to improve people's quality of life with long term health conditions and a desire to work with cutting edge technology that is brought into the world in a human-centred way.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to refine and expand a family of products. Our Product Managers work cross-functionally to help achieve Entia's vision. As Product Manager, you are responsible for our product from strategy to execution. You make great products alongside our designers, engineers, R&D team, sales team, marketing team and C-level management. You are responsible for more than just the product, you are constantly on the lookout to improve processes that have a positive impact on the product roadmap.

  • What you'll do:

  • As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product vision.
  • You will be the single source of truth for the product and make key decisions for the product development.
  • Understand user needs, business requirements and technical limits to define product specifications
  • Plan, attend and document user focus groups or interviews. This may involve occasional international and national travel.
  • Analyse findings from focus groups to inform product development and disseminate knowledge to the team.
  • Plan and update the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Reflect on, and continuously improve operational processes.

  • You have high emotional intelligence and are able to connect with different mindsets and perspectives in a both technical and creative culture.

  • You must have:

  • 5 or more years experience in product management, taking products from concept to launch.
  • A deep understanding of creative processes, UX and product design.
  • An understanding of software development processes.
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding and PCBA).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs, and work cross-functionally.

  • Ideally you will have:

  • A design, engineering or computer science degree.
  • ISO 13485 experience.
  • Confidence in collaborating with clinical, academic and commercial diagnostics/pharmaceutical organisations and have managed relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the UK and worldwide.
