Basic salary: £33,250 (plus bonus)
NVQ Level 4 or 5 Required in Health & Social Care
Eclypse Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for a Registered Manager for an Assisted Living development in Fleet, Hampshire. The service caters for elderly people who require independent living in a luxury environment.
This development has 63 privately owned luxury apartments in a retirement living environment. With 24 hour a day cover on site.
About the Role Registered Manager Assisted Living
Our Estate Managers work together with our group companies to fulfil our vision to enhance the lives of a retirement community.
Reporting into your Regional Area Manager you will have full accountability for the day to dayoperational running of the development, ensuring that all domestic & care needs are meet.
You make sure the service is performing well and that the service is running smoothly.
- Must have excellent leadership capabilities
- Proactive in your approach to selfdevelopment
- Able to take a flexible approach to your role with a willingness to travel to other developments to learn/share best practice
You will need to become registered with the CQC in order to be able to promote high quality management of domiciliary care where required.
QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent is essential
IT competent in Microsoft Outlook
A strong background in wither care homes or domiciliary care in a managerial role
The client can offer a competitive basic salary of £33,250 per annum plus the following:
