My client has over 15 years experience in Dynamics CRM covering sales, marketing and customer service and is one of the few CRM Consultancies in the UK that develop completely bespoke and fully integrated solutions around Dynamics CRM as a product.

We are working with them exclusively in order to find an expert Dynamics CRM Consultant in order to become involved in a number of exciting upcoming projects with some of their biggest clients including; NHS Imperial College Health care, British Red Cross and the Royal institute of British Architects just to name a few!

In terms of travel arrangement my client has proposed that the role will be 12 days on client site, 1 day at home and the rest of the week in the office in Bristol as they pride themselves on maintaining a collaborative environment with a positive atmosphere. However these arrangements can change due to the nature of their projects and their in depth consultancy work.


  • Strong previous experience in Dynamics CRM (365) consultancy
  • End to end implementation experience
  • Customisation and configuration skills in Dynamics CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • (C , VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight) Desirable but not essential

As a Dynamics 365 consultant you will be responsible for implementing and deploying MS Dynamics throughout the company and influencing direction within the team. You will be carrying out all functional duties throughout the projects. These include;

  • To turn client requirements into working solutions
  • Build scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics CRM (D365)
  • Building complex Dynamics 365 projects for medium to enterprise projects
  • Evaluate the clients business in order to develop a deeper understanding of their company aims and objectives and identify how CRM will give value to their business
  • Influencing the use of CRM Software throughout the company
  • Installing and extending CRM software
  • Teaching which practises are optimum to ensure its features are used to their maximum potential.
