Online Media Protection Analyst Supervisor (OMPA Supervisor)

This role will be part of a team of 4 working in our Leicester Hub office as OMPA Supervisor. You will be organising shift workflows and ensuring that the pool of staff understand their tasks. You will also be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and acting as the link between the staff and management. The office staff will be searching for our client's content online and using our custom-built tools to verify, collect and take down links. As part of the role, there will be some occasional trips to the London Office.
Responsibilities of the Online Media Protection Analyst Supervisor:
- The main duties for the supervisor will be to oversee and run the daily shifts and work of the pool ensuring best practice is adhered to and the highest quality standards are maintained. As a conduit between pool staff and management you will be required to on information in both directions to ensure understanding of such communications. As a supervisor you will be responsible for monitoring staff productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary and identifying and reporting any conduct or performance issues.
- As a supervisor you, from time to time may have to deal with performance or conduct issues upholding Company Procedures and escalating any issues as appropriate to the Resources Associates. As quality is so important, you will need to report any technical or quality issues that may identify.
- At all times you will be sure to follow best practice and follow the policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- As the office grows you will conduct assessment days and induction sessions for potential new pool workers. This will include training for pool-workers (face-to-face and online). We want to ensure a great place to work for our staff and so you will collaborate on ideas to maintain a work environment which allows for the highest productivity and incentives for the Resources Pool.
Requirements of the Online Media Protection Analyst Supervisor:
We are looking for people with a keen eye for detail. An ethic-focused and performance driven person will be very successful in our company. You should be an autonomous self-starter, self-motivated and well disciplined, with an ability to prioritise and manage workload in a front line, sometimes reactive environment. A genuine interest in the work we do will also be an advantage. Some experience and knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office and Google G-suite Apps. Previous experience in a supervisory role would also be an advantage.
