ENS Recruitment is currently working with a local Social Care provider who specialises in supporting people with learning disabilities in Supported Living accommodation.
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader who will oversee a service for 8 people based in Laindon. This position is permanent and full time and it pays £21,590 per annum for a 40 hours week. The hours will be worked on a rota basis and they will include weekends.
This position will suit a Senior Support Worker who is looking to progress and has a strong background in delivering support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other associated health needs.
- Manual driver and happy to drive the service car
- Flexible with the hours you can work
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of Supported Living settings, Health and Safety and CQC regulations
- Experience in a similar role, working with people with learning disabilities.
