Role Title: New Business Manager Location: Barnet Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + 3% Commission Alecto Recruitment is currently working alongside a specialist Security company who are looking to appoint an experienced New Business Manager.Our clients provide a wide range of solutions including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems. We are looking to push this side of the business more. Overview of Role: They are looking for a New Business Manager to join the nationally growing emergency security business. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. A salesperson with a proven track record for selling services to businesses would be preferable, selling security services would be even better! As a New Business manager, you should work to open new, lucrative contracts, satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships, always striving for the next contract or sale. ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business using existing and potential customer networksManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successDevelop positive relationships with clients enabling an increased spendAble to think outside the box and come up with other ways to find leadsResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerSupervise account representatives to ensure sales increaseSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesSuggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthMixture of office and field work RequirementsProven work experience in a similar role, selling services, not productsKnowledge of the tendering process, health & safety regulations etc.Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on timeBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitude Package£35,000 to £45,000CarMobileLaptop3% Commission structure This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Business Development Manager who is looking to work as an integral part of a developing company.
