Customer Service Account Manager (B2B, IT and Telecoms Services)
Full Time Monday to Friday, 9.00am 5.30pm
Salary £2225k dependant on experience
Location SK6 2SN Bredbury/Stockport

About the opportunity

This is your chance to join a small, established, customerfocused business and work in a noncall centre customer service team, lots of freedom to think for yourself and to deliver results in your way!

Youll be delivering day to day customer service, advocating customer needs and facilitating crossteam coordination to enable a customer experience which builds loyalty and commitment to us over time.

The day to day work involves:

* Handling incoming customer service requests via telephone, email and occasional customer visits
* Processing orders and making changes to customer accounts
* Solving problems and offering advice
* Creating reports and analysing billing data, identifying and correcting anomalies
* Making proactive contact with customers to ensure service levels are high e.g. after key events
* Nurturing and developing relationships with customers to facilitate longterm retention
* Liaising with colleagues across all business functions to gain oversight on the full picture of activities to drive and support effective collaboration
* Processing contract renewals
* Identifying upsell / crosssell and referral opportunities
* Administration and maintaining accurate records in internal systems

Your experience:

* Background in business to business customer service / account management / sales support
* Working in a small business environment
* Computer literate MS Office Suite
* Good standard of general education (9 GCSEs grade AC or equivalent)
* Specific understanding of our products would be an advantage (Telephone Systems, IT infrastructure, Business Mobiles)
