Are you a senior level Employee Benefits professional seeking a new home based challenge working for a rapidly expanding Employee Benefits Consultancy? You will be responsible for the growth and expansion of a portfolio of clients within the Employee Benefits team whilst capitalising on any new business opportunities. This will include proactively managing existing relationships, develop strategic plans liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders, act as a senior member of the team dealing with any complex and escalated enquiries and also providing mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues. It is essential to have previous of building and managing relationships with a wealth of knowledge across Employee Benefits. This is a rare, senior level position which can be predominantly home based.
