Robert Half have an exciting opportunity for a Office Manager and Personal Assistant to join a leading finance business based in Cambridge. This is a new branch that is opening and needs someone to support the team, set up and run the office.

The Role

Office Manager

  • Managing all contracts and supplier relationships for the office
  • Organisation and management of events
  • Oversee all operational changes within the office
  • Monthly office expenses
  • In charge or sorting post and arranging couriers
  • Management of filing system
  • Ordering and monitoring office supplies

Personal Assistant

  • Supporting the Private Equity London & Cambridgeshire based team
  • Diary management arranging meetings
  • Booking of travel (we have a contracted company who assist us in booking trains/flights/hotels etc).

Reception

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
