Communications Centre Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Monitoring / Scheduling Support Coordinator, working in the Operations Centre at Head Office in Newton Le Willows.

Various hours and shifts as required. Mix of Days, Nights & Weekends, 06.00 - 18.00 / 18.00 - 06.00.

Pay Rate: £8.21 - £9.00 per hour, dependent on role worked.

Monitoring Coordinator - £8.21 per hour

Job Purpose / Primary Objective: Call handling and colleague coordination

You will ideally have a Customer service / Call centre background.

The main responsibilities will include answering calls and providing help and assistance to callers, meeting departmental standards and targets, and retaining a high standard of attendance and punctuality.

Priority Responsibilities

  • Daily Coordination & monitoring of attendance.

  • Reporting / Escalation of Non Attendance, Non-compliance to Key stakeholders

  • 3rd Party attendance

  • Uniformed Personnel Absence Recording & Escalation

  • Incident Recording and escalation

  • New to site / New starter Welfare calls

Scheduling Coordinator - £9.00 per hour

Priority Responsibilities

  • Proactive scheduling to ensure deployment of personnel to achieve 100% manning 100% of the time.
  • Weekly reporting of resource requirements to ensure 120% Manning Levels
  • Personnel Deployment in line with contractual requirements

  • Conversant in the English language and capable of communicating effectively through verbal and written means.
  • Professional and disciplined
  • Strong administrator
  • Strong IT skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility
