We are looking for permanent Customer Service Advisorsto join ReAssure. Offering you a competitive salary, a range of flexible benefits and 27 days annual leave along with 8 Bank Holidays. The opportunities available are 12 month fixed term contracts, working a 37 hour week Monday to Friday.

The Role:Answering inbound call from customers and delivering an exceptional service
- Answering inbound calls from policy holders and ensuring that their query is handled promptly and resolved with a first time resolution
- Ensuring that customer policies are administrated efficiently and accurately
- Helping to maintain a variety of policy updates and requests
- Ensuring all company targets and timescales are met

What skills and experience do you need demonstrate?
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT skills
- Previous customer service experience
