Working Days:

This role is PartTime, It will be 3 full days work 9am 5pm, preferably the working days will be Monday, Thursday and Friday, however there is flexibility on this.

The Company:

We are currently searching for an experienced Sales Administrator, for our client a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. Their projects are all based in the Bristol area, making this a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator in the area looking for a local opportunity. We are looking for a passionate Sales Administrator with a strong track record in delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget. The Sales Administrator will work Part time, working 3 full days a week.

Role duties:

  • The Sales Administrator will report to the Sales Director
  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
  • General Admin duties
  • Prepare reports

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • GCSEs AC including Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A clear understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • First class telephone manner, even under pressure
  • Proven experience of working well within a team
  • IT literate
  • Building/House building experience is not a requirement but an enthusiastic cando attitude is essential.
