We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Managerto join our team in Bicester Village Outlet Store: our Top Store in Europe!

Department Overview:

The Retail Division is a fast paced organization that overlooks a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlet stores, 80 Lifestyle full price, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries.

Who You Are:

You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication skills. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are fashion-curious and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist Store Manager in the management and daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, administration, communication, marketing, merchandising and HR tasks.

  • Assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence.

  • Ensure all staff image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Extensive retail experience in a premium/luxury environment in a management role

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs and Microsoft Office

  • Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking

  • Fluent English - other languages are an appreciated plus
